Reflexology for Menopause

Menopause is a natural process which is unique to every women. Each symptom and severity of symptoms are different. In the West, we fear the menopause. We need reprogramme our thoughts and start seeing it as a natural process; a transition to a new beginning. We should embrace it, love ourselves more and push ourselves to take on new opportunities. During our sessions, not only do you get a treatment, but we take a look at your lifestyle (5 areas in total, for example, exercise and diet), which when tweaked may help reduce your symptoms, plus giving you a healthier and happy outlook on life. 
During the reflexology session we aim to lower stress whilst optimising physical and emotional well-being. All these can help reduce menopausal symptoms and may also help you feel calmer and move relaxed.  An all round amazing treatment!
