Reflexology for Menopause
Menopause is a natural process which is unique to every women. Each symptom and severity of symptoms are different. We in the West fear the menopause. We need to start seeing it as a natural process; a transition to a new beginning. We should embrace it, love ourselves more and push ourselves to take on new opportunities. During our sessions, not only do you get a treatment, but we take a look at your lifestyle (5 areas in total, for example, exercise and diet), which when tweaked may help reduce your symptoms, plus giving you a healthier and happy outlook on life.
During the reflexology session we aim to lower stress whilst optimising physical and emotional well-being. All these can help reduce menopausal symptoms and may also help you feel calmer and move relaxed. An all round amazing treatment!
